Bone-in ribeye steak. Tender and very flavorful. Perfect for anyone who likes rib steaks but wishes for a slightly leaner option. Toss them on the grill or sprinkle some sea salt in a hot skillet, sear steak well, turn down heat to medium/low to finish. Top with butter and fresh herbs of your choice.
