If you like beef tongue, you'll like lamb tongue. As one might imagine, they are much smaller than beef tongue (approx a quarter pound each) which makes them perfect for small households or that one weirdo in the family who likes tongue. Simmer as one would beef tongue to remove outer layer, although they tend to be done much more quickly. Sold in packs of 5.
