Lamb riblets are ideal for creating delicious lamb soups and stews. Riblets are also fabulous when slow-roasted or braised and can be compared to beef short ribs. They are cut from the lamb breast/rib area meaning they have just the right ratio of meat, fat, and bone to give any dish a savory, buttery wholesomeness.
