A SUPER tender, flavorful, and thin steak that cooks up in just a few minutes. Works well sliced thin and comes in a pretty uniform shape and thickness. Some say it's second in tenderness only to the filet. One of our favorites and they always sell quickly. Boneless. This is the steak our littlest farmer asks for as special treat for his birthday dinner!
