2024 Whole Beef Deposit

Reserve your beef half by placing a deposit. We use this deposit to care for the herd through the growing season. Thanks for your help with that part! The deposit covers approximately half the final cost of the beef. The balance will be due at delivery/pick up. Monthly payments for beef halves can be arranged. Please let us know if we can help.
2024 deposits for beef shares to be processed and delivered between September and December 2024.
A half beef provides approximately 240 to 270 lbs of steaks, ground beef, roasts, bones, etc. Amount varies depending on cuts selected and other factors - some of them outside human control, such as weather. We do our best to communicate changes as the season progresses and honor your preferences any time it looks like mother nature may throw changes our way and yield beef that is larger or smaller than anticipated.
