2024 Quarter Beef Deposit

Reserve your beef quarter by placing a deposit. We use this deposit to care for the herd through the growing season. Thanks for your help with that part! The deposit covers approximately half the final cost of the beef. The balance will be due at delivery/pick up. Monthly payments for beef shares can be arranged. Please let us know if we can help.

A quarter beef provides approximately 60 to 80 lbs of steaks, ground beef, roasts, bones, etc. Amount varies depending on cuts selected and other factors - some of them outside human control, such as weather. We do our best to communicate changes as the season progresses and honor your preferences any time it looks like mother nature may throw changes our way and yield beef that is larger or smaller than anticipated.
