Reserve your whole beef by placing a deposit. We use this deposit to care for the herd through the growing season. Thanks for your help with that part! The balance will be due at delivery/pick up. Monthly payments for a whole beef can be arranged. Please let us know if we can help. Deposits are transferable but not refundable.
2025 deposits for beef shares to be processed and delivered between September and December 2025.
A whole beef provides approximately 240 to 270 lbs of steaks, ground beef, roasts, bones, etc. Amount varies depending on cuts selected and other factors - some of them outside human control, such as weather. We do our best to communicate changes as the season progresses and honor your preferences any time it looks like mother nature may throw changes our way and yield beef that is larger or smaller than anticipated.
