ORGANIC EGGS
Our flocks receive organic grains, produce from the farm, and constant access to outdoor pasture - even in winter. During the cold months we regularly bed the hens with fresh hay to satisfy their scratching and foraging needs when the snow gets too deep. All this makes for nutritious eggs with excellent flavor, year round. We care for a multitude of hen breeds, so each carton contains a variety of shell colors. Eggs are Certified Organic by NOFA-NY.
